Has anyone ever heard of the urine theraphy? Is it true that drinking your early morning urine could cure and prevent a lot of life threatening diseases in your body? In short, that it could make you live a longer and more healthy life?

I have had a cold recently, like many people I work & live with, and have had a sore throat, accompanied by the coughing up of phlegm etc Last night though I saw a minute (and I mean tiny) trace of blood in some of the phlegm. Me being paranoid though, I'm worried it's to do with my smoking and drinking. Having said that, I'm only 25. I welcome stupid answers, but wouldn't mind some serious advice too please?

i get shaky at least 5 times a day . feel light headed and think i am going to fall. went to dr , and they ran test and said everything is the norm. i still feel like this and cant get some one to help me or believe me for that matter help!

I have tried to quit with patches (bad dreams), Gum (same), cold turkey, and medication. I want to quit and I know all of the health risks. It seems like everytime I quit I get on cloud nine and bum smokes off of others and think it will be o.k.

i have been gtting sharp pains on the right side of right knee....my knee is not sore at all, but the pain just starts shooting for no reason and then goes away. what could be cause?

- borderline diabetic (but not on any meds)

I asked this Question earlier but apparently I didn't make myself very clear. I went to my Doctor with a Strong Cough and Tightness in my Chest. The Nurse took my Blood Pressure and my Temp. My wife told the Nurse that I was having shortness of Breath while I sleep. The Nurse said That is what Patients do when blowing off a Fever, my temp was 100 and I'm not sure if she told the Doctor. well the Doctor listened to my Chest with his Stethiscope and said I have Bronchitis and he said I have slight Fluid build-up in my Lungs. He did not do X-Rays. Some friends said that X-rays should be done if nothing else but to rule out something serious. Are my friends correct or are they and myself just being Paranoid?

I'm a 19 year old college student with no job and no healthcare. I'm not eligible for medicaid under my parents anymore and I have no job to provide any type of healthcare. I don't understand why I can't recieve help when it comes to my health.
