Absolutely NOT!!! Urine is essentially the toxic stuff that your body gets rid of. Think about it, if you needed it, you wouldn't empty it right? Do NOT drink your urine. It will only make you sick and put back into you the stuff you body is trying to remove.

Since everyone else has told you urine therapy is quite dangerous and definately not a cure for anything, I just thought I'd add that it will damage your kidneys. They don't know how to handle their waste coming back in, and will cause kidney failure, which can be deadly.

that makes no sense from a biochemical standpoint. Your urine is basically water with urea and some potassium and/or sodium (salts). on its way out of the body it picks up all sorts of bacteria from the skin (or if you're female, from the vaginal tract). so that makes a pretty nasty combination, and none of those things are especially beneficial.

Urine is a waste product that is meant to be expelled from your body. It makes no sense to say that drinking it is good for your health.
