some of the same symptoms as rocky2161? what is it?
sores on scalp, some balding spots, thought it may be ring worm?

Is it in a soft muscle area or over the hard bone of your skull? Over hard bone could be some type of bite or cyst puffed up oil gland, If it's into the softer areas it is probably a swollen lymph gland. The tend to swell once in a while when you have some type of infection in the body. They are the cleansing machines of the body and helps clean bacteria from our blood and body. So ae you sick right now? toothache?sore throat? Usually they go away in a few days and have relatively no pain. Or can swell considerably and hurt like the dickens. If in doubt it is always a good idea to check with your health care provider.

It may be a THC lump. Do you smoke weed excessively ? It may be a THC buildup. Cut it off and smoke it

it may just be a cyst. if it was ring worm, it would have a dark outline around the lump. sores on the scalp? you may want to see a dermatologist

that does sounds like ringworm
it could be psoriasis
