i am trying to keep them closed but the "boss" person insist they stay open.

private drinking club "policy" maybe.. a "rule" maybe, but not a law.

I am not sure...especially since it is a private club.
I hope it's the outside door and not the stall door....that would be very strange!

Not sure. I would think as long as an open door doesn't cause any one to "expose themselves" it should be ok.
