there's this thing that happens sometimes. when i was feeling fine, suddenly i felt very tired and sleepy. sometimes its annoying coz i just couldnt keep my eyes open. is this normal? the weird sudden drowziness?

I'm having sleeping problems for three days. I cannot sleep at night, but at around 6 am, I am so sleepy that I literally faint. But now I sleep all day and sit up all night. Today I didn't sleep at 6am and now I have to keep myself from sleeping until the night. Then I will sleep and my cycle will become normal. Any advices on how to stay awake for 10 hours? Besides coffee... =)

What can this indicate? Yes I know the need for a trip to the doctors, but I have to wait an age for an appointment to see the doctor, if I thought it was an emergency then I would take myself of to the hospital, but I do not want to do that as there're resources are stretch to the limit and I would not like to waste therre're time with something trival.

Please help! I'm going on a date on Thursday with a guy who I'm meeting for the first time. Today is Monday and I've woken up with the mother of all cold-sores brewing in the corner of my mouth. Bloody typical! Felt the 'tingle' last night and applied zovirax cream before going to bed - obviously not as good as it's cracked up to be. i am feeling sleepy everytime i back home from school at 1 p.m (most malaysia school end at 1 p.m).i can not sleep because i always have lots of homework to be done.

I have had a persistant cough for almost 5 months now, ever since I moved into a new house and yes have the AC on.. My cough is horrible... like makes me gag, and sneeze and it takes my breath away...wow its scary, but I have no other symptoms at all ..then Im fine till I have another coughing spell, atleast twice a day?? do u think this may be mold??
