Firstly, Sorry Yahoo spell check is out again.
OK, for anitbiotics, it will stop the antibiotics from working, other than that I have felt little side effects (such as getting drunk faster or heavier) as some claim and my doctor also agrees that there should be no side effects except that the drug will be less effective.
Pain killers - Tylanol recomend that you do not have a high intake of alcahol whilst useing their drug to avoid liver damage. As for imediately noticeable side effects, none that I have experienced with any non pescription painkillers except that alcahol is also a good painkiller so it helps.
Sleeping pills - Well my only experience of these is diazipan, a few drinks (about two - three beers) definately helped it allong with its effects but also increased the sense of groggyness in the morning. Aparently this is not at all recomended by doctors.
And now for fun drugs!!
Coke - The whole point is that this and alcahol counter eachother. You can drink, snort, drink, snort until you are intolorable to anyone who isnt on coke and you have offended all your friends in an attempt to get some girl even though you proabably cant get it up!
Its a very addictive combinately that can lead to a very excessive night so just keep tabs on how bad you are getting or you will still regret it four days later!
Pills, E, X etc...
Some cant drink whilst taking pills, if its your first pill it can lead to vomiting and in general you wont be able to swallow it anyway. As you get more used to the drug you will be able to drink before and after the peak of the rush. Most people drink before to calm the nerves before the rush really kicks in. One thing to remember is that alcahol is a dialetic, IE it encourages your body to expell water and will make you more dehydrated. If you are having a very heavy night on the dancefloor make sure you are drinking enough but not too much water.
Speed: Easier to drink than on Pills but not so much that I would want, or be able to have an excessive nights drinking whilst on speed. I know a man who drinks excessively on speed but personally I dont know how he can do it! Very usefull in the morning though - anyting to get over that dredded come down. Of all the things listed here, speed is my least favorate, its a dirty drug.
Weed:
One thing that never works is that spliff after a big night of drinking, it just screws with everyones head and makes the hangover so much worse.
I have found that with a gentle balance of the two I have have very pleasing results but if you get the balance wrong it can lead to intense paranoia, I think it is diferent for other people but as with everyting here it is just my expereince.
ACID:
It was only about 7 hours after dropping that I could even think about alcahol - and then it leveled me out a little. Not something I would think is a good idea to mix to any great level as your long and short term sanity is so fragile when you are on the drug.
Right - thats all I know about from experience and that's all I am going to hazzard a guess on. I, obviously, dont condone any mixing of drugs and alcahol or recomend the use of recreational drugs etc etc blah blah blah.
Hope this helps, but remember its just what I have experienced, there is no medical basis here and you may have diferent results.

Well if you are taking a sedative kind of a drug, drinking alcohol enhances its effect. Thus, could lead you to sedative coma.
If you are into speed though drinking alcohol does not enhance the effect of the drug, but in the contrary somehow balances the effect. In the same manner that people on speed do not somehow feel the effect of alcohol in their body, and so it tends them to drinking more than their capacity. Now, that is the part where it is bad because your liver may have been taking too much of the alcohol without you knowing.
Best thing is to say no to drugs.

Drinking alcohol while taking any drugs defeats the purpose of the drugs. The alcohol kills the effects of the drugs.

Check with your doctor or pharmacy.
Alcohol can prevent medications from working or also intensify the effect (could be deadly), strongly recommend avoiding medication and Alcohol together.

Are you talking about prescription drugs? It's bad for the liver in that case, if you're talking about illicit drugs than you are a moron and that is self explanatory.

Beer, it adds fat cells, & No one goes through DT's when giving up coke a cola., & it also messes with your liver & destroys brain cells over time & you don't get ignorant or drunk on coke , so you don't piss someone off & get your butt kicked which isn't good for the body*
