As I was making love to my girlfriend, the condom that we were using, came out and hide in her vagina. For 4 hours now, no trace of the condom. Can anyone help me with a solution?

I would say that at least 80% of the time I feel drained, i'm 29 I smoke but not heavily (12 or so a day) and only drink a few beers at the weekend, I don't eat a lot of junk food & drink plenty of water.
I'm fairly active also, so why do I feel knackered all the time?

they say 8 hours of sleep is what most people need in their lives, but, most people really get about 6 hours of sleep...but, what about the nap? How does that 10-20 minute cat nap figure into the equation? I usually feel pretty rejuvenated after a good nap, but, could it actually make me more tired?

I am a 25 year old female, and in this last week have begun to have "/panic/anxiety attacks". What are these and why did I get them? Will they ever go away, and is there anyway to manage them other than meds...I have taken xanax for the past few day and I'm afraid not to take it...the times I went without I had more attacks! I'm not asking whether you agree or disagree w/ vaccinations, but do you think the government should be able to force people to receive them?

Should the govt. have the power to decide what goes into your body? Or should this be a personal decision? I know there is a medical and religious excuse to opt out of getting vaccinated (at least there is for now), but I wonder what you all think.

my boyfriend is of the opinion that all vitamins, as in the suppliments, are bad for you. he says it's beacuse they aren't the same as what's found in food and that they aren't needed to be healthy even if you don't eat the most balanced diet. I told him he's stupid and so I figured I'd ask to see if I was right or not lol
