For an adult the maximum amount of recommended Tylenol in one day is 4000 mg or 8 pills. You took 5500 mg, 11 pills. Tylenol toxicity can be dangerous because that med is metabolized in the liver. The bottles instructions should warn against this. The antedote is this horrible smelling/tasting medicine called mucomyst.

The ceiling of tylenol is supposed to be 4 grams per 24hours no matter the size of the adault. I imagine if your bigger your liver could process more. Their are are people who have taken 5-10 times that a day though. It kills your liver

I take tylenol 3 w/ codeine and the max I can take in any 24 hr period is 10 tablets....tylenol is murder on your stomach and liver.

You should probably call your local poison control center ASAP. Even at your weight, that amount could cause liver damage, especially if you took them all at once. Did you take them for pain relief, or are you trying to harm yourself?

If you need more than two, and the pain is as extreme, you should call your physician/dentist immediately. (Dentist if it's a toothache of some sort)
