If it's impacted the best way is to make a 50:50 solution of docusate sodium liquid and warm water. Yes I understand Docusate is a stool softener but it helps loosen the sticky grab the wax has. and that was warm water, not hot! DOn't burn yourself.
Put that mixture in an ear syringes, lie on your opposite side and fill your ear canal with it, put in some cotton and wait 5-10 minutes.
After that time is up fill that same syringe with warm water, and leaning over the sink, try to flush out the wax. It may not work the first time, continue to flush a few times. Do not get overzealous on your flushing as you may bruise the ear canal or ear drum.
If you still have some blockage repeat the procedure the next day.
This works much better than Debrox (carbamide peroxide), hydrogen peroxide, q-tips (almost the worst idea!, they should almost never be used )or ear picks
Ear candling is dangerous, has shown no efficacy, and the American Society of ENTs (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialists recommend it should never be used! There is no science behind it, think of it logically you wouldnt create a vacuum through 8 inches of soid wax, and the candle will just pull oxygen from the environement, not your ear! Light an ear candle and hold it in your hand, the same stuff will appear in the hollow bottom!, without even touching your ear!
If you cant get it out yourself in a few days, then see your MD

If no one can provide a specialist answer, i'd advise finding out to purchase some ear candles to assist. They artwork by utilizing pushing warmth into the ear canal and gradually heating up the ear wax even as air from the interior your throat pushes it out by the Eustachian tube. Afterwards, rinse it out with a ear syringe. Ear candles will be got here across at maximum herb and health shops. in case you want prompt alleviation, flow to the drug save and verify with the pharmacist about it for some quick solutions to get you by a pair days. there is also an ear wash that i have used that interacts with the wax in person-friendly words once you position it on your ears. that is like hydrogen peroxide to the wax even as that is passive in the direction of something else of your inner ear; very helpful and straightforward. That sucks. strong success.

Ear candles work really well. They don't hurt or anything, but it's kind of weird and somewhat disgusting when you look at what came out of your ear. They're about 8 inches long and they will be filled with ear wax. It's pretty gross, but afterwards you feel great. You light the end on fire and let it burn down to around 1-2 inches left at the bottom of it. You can find them on the internet.

ok, you asked for the best way ,
and the best way would be removal of wax from the ENT specialist through suction , and he after seeing the condition of wax may give you some ear drops for the softening of wax and then later on call you for the suction,.

They actually sell wax removal kits at the drug store. Or, you can use hydrogen peroxide, put a few drops in one ear, tip your head for about 1-2 minutes so it doesn't drip out, and use a cotton ball to remove it (then repeat on the other side.)

2 ways: FLUSHING (water) or SUCTION (air)
Suction is cleaner but your doc needs instruments to do that
