How old are you and what kinds of accidents have you had if any? A trip to the Chiropractor would help me. If you have had a lot of wear or damage to joints and back you will hurt most every day. Exercises can help many people. Also having extra weight will add to the problem. I see my GP. for arthritis and a Chiropractor to help relieve the pain from bad posture or lifting things the wrong way. You can have pain from too much movement or too little. Try to even things out and keep active. Mention it to your GP. next time you are in to see him or her.

It's probably the position you sleep in or a too soft or hard mattress. I have an egg crate (foam rubber padding) on my bed and a mattress cover with foam rubber on it too. It makes my cheap mattress more comfortable than some of the more expensive ones and the cost is very little.

Could be the way your sleeping or what your sleeping on.
I used to get really bad back pains and then I got a new mattress that had more support for my back and I haven't had a problem since.

You didn't mention about your usual activity, how old are you, your sleeping time habit, how long do you sleep, how hard is your bed, & how long it be. Please contact your GP for more information about it and you'll be satisfied. It's difficult to diagnose with such info.
