As I was making love to my girlfriend, the condom that we were using, came out and hide in her vagina. For 4 hours now, no trace of the condom. Can anyone help me with a solution?

God I HATE when that happens. For future, please remember to always hold on to the condom while withdrawing your penis from girlfriend's vagina. This is important. If there is semen in the condom, and you don't do this, then as you can see, it makes the protection pretty worthless. Also withdraw while you still have an erection. That's for the future. Here's what you can do now. Important thing is that she relaxes - no freaking out - she'll clench her muscles and you never get it out yourself. You have to do your best to get her excited again. Either one of you must use your index and middle finger to hunt around in there GENTLY. No long fingernails. If she is excited and wet, you'll have a good chance of getting it out eventually. If you can't get it out by this gentle method, better have the doctor do it than try anything else. Lastly, you should make sure she doesn't get pregnant as a result of this. Ask your doctor about the "morning after" pill.

Might sound a little silly, but you can try a pair of scalloped salad tongs (kind without the teeth) They shouldn't hurt her any and you may be able to grab the condom and save yourselves some embarrassment at the hospital.
