I generally don't get headaches at all, but for about a month, I have had a constant, dull achey headache in the back of my head, and in the upper portion of my neck (in the back). Is this just a tension headache, or could it be serious? The pain is not intense, just annoying. I am also wondering if this could be related to putting a goose feather bed over my mattress? I am used to a more firm mattress.

I have noticed lately that two of my grandchildren are developing spoon shaped toenails. They seem to be getting the proper nutrition. Any ideas (serious ones please) as to why this is happening AND is there a way to reverse it so they can have more normal looking nails???

does anyone know why my ear is still hurting? I have seen my family doctor and a specialist!! They both said they can't see anything when they looked in the ear. Its been hurting for about 1 month now off/on. This weekend it hurt to the point I put hot packs on it like my doctor said, and took some advil/alieve and it still bothers me. I also put some peroxide in it. That didn't even help. Any suggestions for a home remedy or something I could put in the ear to help ease the ache. Serious answers only, doctor or nurse answers would be very helpful. Thanks..

My friend started a new job almost a month ago (He is 18) and it's a high-stress job for him. He's ALWAYS tired. Like, he'll sleep for 8 hours and he'll wake up feeling like he never went to sleep at all. Or sometimes he can't sleep that long so he sleeps about 5 hours and he's still tired. This can't be good. This morning I briefly mentioned that I think he should see a doctor but he had to go because he had to go to work so we didn't have time to really talk about it. I'm just worried that something's going on. Should he see a doctor? Have you experienced this or has a friend of yours experienced this and what was the problem (If any)? Thanks for your answers. Light chest pains with anxiety? Doc put me on Lexapro, he said my heard sounds fine, and I had an echogram stress test done 6 months ago.. All came out ok. I was on Celexa for probably 15 yrs , and I started feeling anxiety again. So he changed it to lexapro, but I am still having light chest pains. He said the medicine might take 2 weeks to fully kick in. Is this normal with the chest pain. Like I said its very small light ones, and they just come and go. Please all advise is important to me. mouth wash for oral hygiene in this codition. I have the second recurrence of small mouth ulcers under the tounge, on the gum and also inside mouth on the right side during last 4 months.They are small sizes, shallow and white. Very painful on eating and during drinking hot and cold liquid.My dentist calls it canker sores condition. I am 60+. Should I cosult my dentist or a dermatologist for treatment. Any herbal cure for these painful ulcers?
