Just the heavy stuff. I hold my breath and move away. I always have my meds at the ready.
Getting sprayed on in shopping centers is a REAL killer. I don't go there anymore.

I am, but not very severe. I can go places with no problem, just start coughing a lot when smell the stuff on people.
