son has stomach promblems, wont eat,wont poop slight fever

take him or call his pediatrician.

Take him to the pediatrician!!!! A fever indicates an infection. It could be a block in his intestines. You don't want to mess around with something serious on a todler.

give him baby tylenol for the fever, use a baby type of suppository for the non-poop. he should feel better in a couple of hours.
