Some people doesn't have the feeling of being full. Plus once your at certain weight the less energy there is to exercise and the weight comes faster and you get hungrier because your stomach at this point has expanded.
Sadly this is why people get fat, they are always hungry and they eat.

Overindulgence, stress, lack of exercise, eating too many fatty foods, thyroid problems, and slow metabolismare the main reasons people get so fat along with a lack of motivation to do anything about it.

It's a matabolism thing, or a lazy thing.
If people have bad metabolism, they can get overweight easier than someone with good metabolism.
Or if someone neglects to take care of themselves, eats junk food all day and never excersizes, then they're obviously going to get large and unhealth.
