Picture the spot between your upper left shoulder and spine...right there! It usually comes and goes but is now getting worse and debilitating...any guesses and/or suggestions. I've heard pinched nerve, pulled muscle etc. Simple massages have not helped. Any takers? ... Please!!!

Sometime when im in class, i turn my neck to the side a little and it gets a sharp pinching that makes me wince, but it only hurts for like a few seconds and this is like the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.
What caused this and What is wrong?
Is it a pinched nerve? How can I prevent this?

i have been getting strong headaches around my right temple latley, it lasts for 10-30 seconds and then goes away for a couple hours and it happens again. could somthing be wrong, like a blood clot ? i just had my first baby 2 months ago, if it has anything to do with it.

I got around 3 pebbles stuck in my hand and I thought it was too painful to take it out with tweezers so I left them in my hand. The scab is almost done and healed over. Should I leave the pebbles in there? Is it okay to leave the pebbles in there? What else can I do? I've already put hydroxen peroxide so I'm not too worried about an infection.

Let's just start by saying I am a klutz,a little over a week ago I tripped over a curb and because I was holding an item in each hand I fell really hard. My knee slammed into the ground HARD. It's still swollen and tender now and when I try to feel my knee it feels strange. Sometimes when I am sitting or standing it feels like something is moving or shifting could I have cracked my knee or maybe someting else. It doesn't hurt to walk,bend my knee,or crawl around on it. I probably should get it checked out but I have no insurance and if it is nothing I don't need a huge bill to tell me that. Any ideas would be helpful Thanx!

I live in wisconsin, so its really cold and really dry here in the winter. My lips freak out. I put on chapstick about 5-15 times a day but it doesn't do ANY good. i've tried softlips. i've tried blistex medicated with SPF 15. nothing is helping! can anyone recommend an even better kind of chapstick to stop this painful peeling and chapping :( its just my bottom lip, on one side mainly. its dumb

Has anybody had a UTI? I have never had one, but my wife swears thats what I have..... It hurt really bad just all the sudden yesterday evening while urinating and there was a little blood at the end. Throughout the night the urine was a little more pink, and a little this morning.
I have gone several times today and its not really pink anymore, I dont notice it. It's still uncomfortable for sure, but not near as bad......UTI or something else??

I was going to go to the doc today, but now Im reconsidering since its not hurting as bad...I have been drinking water so much today...could I be washing it away?? haha


And Its not the Clap..haha...remember I said my WIFE...that means we dont have sex...haha

Just saw MD.. asked me how much longer I have until I retire..The question says it all. I'm too young to retire and have put in 23 years of employment with an excellent record. I dont' want to retire medically.. and would like to find something within the company to finish my career.. Did supervise for a few years..but not sure that is the option I want and I don't want to be cripple at retirement age. I have a few weeks to figure out with path I'll take. My back was fused 40 years ago.. Birth defect..

The other night I was awaken by a severe cramp on my left arm, it lasted a couple of minutes and the pain was from the shoulder all the way through my fingers and also onmy chest. A few days later I had the same cramp while playing with my daughter but on my right arm, same pain severity and also from my shoulder through my fingers into my chest.
I've had leg cramps before and they feel somewhat similar, however, I am scared because I've never had them in the arms (only once about 8 months ago). Any insight?!!?

I rolled my ankle when i fell out of a tree, i know it's not broken or torn anything and theres no swelling. i just rolled it.

i have been icing it, like i was told.

now i am looking for the best ways to tape it sor support while heals. can anyone give me any suggestions or websites that can tell me the best ways of taping ankle injuries and even preventative taping for sport.

i havent injured my leg at all and have recently got back from thialand . i have had a blood test for d-dimers ( something to do with blood clots) which came back negative. the leg is not swollen but the pain can be intense and moves around at random yet it seems to keep to the inside of the leg ( ankle calf or knee area) . the doctor says its just muscular but it doesnt feel like that to me . any ideas ?? please help thankyou.
