Just tell your doctor that regular meds are not relieving your pain.
I dont think you are gona get a prescription for anything else though.
I was hit by a car and have my leg broken in 8 places. I was on morphyne for 10 days and then some narcotic pills for a week. You can imagine how much pain i was still having but no doctor gave me perscription for anything stronger than tramadol or ibuprofen.
you can try to find a doc that doesnt have many patients and doest have good recomendations.

Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

You should never suggest the use of narcotic drugs to any doctor as a way to relieve pain... red flags go up immediately and then your looked at as a drug seeker or a hypochondriac; that follows you everywhere. try everything he suggests first and if he seems that there is a need for your pain to be addressed further, they will suggest a pain mgt. specialist

Your doctor isn't going to give you narcotics, just because you ask for them. You should go to a doctor who deals strictly with pain issues.

Has the doctor diagnosed you with all these things? I would trust him since he apparaently doesn't want to get you addicted like Anna Nicole.
I would be willing to bet that asking for drugs by name is a big red flag for doctors, that their patient may be doctor-shopping and already addicted.
