I got around 3 pebbles stuck in my hand and I thought it was too painful to take it out with tweezers so I left them in my hand. The scab is almost done and healed over. Should I leave the pebbles in there? Is it okay to leave the pebbles in there? What else can I do? I've already put hydroxen peroxide so I'm not too worried about an infection.

i think you should go to a doctor and take them out

well your options are a) leave it in there b) go to the doctor and get it taken out.
I'm sure that they have taken pebble out of palms before. No worries. :]

You need to see a doctor to take out feign objects. By taking them out yourself even if you have first aid you can do more damage.
