I rolled my ankle when i fell out of a tree, i know it's not broken or torn anything and theres no swelling. i just rolled it.

i have been icing it, like i was told.

now i am looking for the best ways to tape it sor support while heals. can anyone give me any suggestions or websites that can tell me the best ways of taping ankle injuries and even preventative taping for sport.

thanks

it's not a torn ligament, i have already a doctor, also 3 of my friends are nurses. The doctor only said to ice it for 48 hours, which i already knew, but when i asked about taping, he didn't say anything, only to take it easy.

Ice
Compression (ACE)

There are several types of ankle braces you can buy at your local pharmacy or Wal-Mart. One of these might work for supporting your ankle until it heals. In the meantime, keep icing it, and take ibuprophen for pain and inflammation.
