Punched in balls?

I didnt really get punched in the balls it was more of a mediocore slap can this cause serious injury like me being unable to have kids. it hurt for about 5 minutes and then went away.

It will be alright. It hurts for a little bit. I guess if you got hit everyday it might cause some long term damage.
