Go to a doctor - in your words "GO C A DOCTOR"
If you've fallen and hurt your knee, you could have broken a bone - however you are more likely to have just sprained it or hurt one of the ligaments, tendons, or the cartilages in the knee.
If you just felt your knee (hard to tell from your style of spelling and grammar) then you are VERY unlikely to have broken it.
In any case you should see a doctor for an x-ray, pain relief and maybe some crutches (often you can get them from a pharmacist).
In the meantime you should use R.I.C.E.
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
and take some pain relief (paracetamol or acetaminophen)

If you can walk on it, you probably didn't break it. Keep an eye on it, put ice packs on it for about 15-20 minutes per hour to keep the swelling down and stay off of it when possible.
You might have water on the knee, which will take a while to go away. My boyfriend had water on the knee and it took about 6 weeks to reabsorb back into the body.

Well...unless you have an x-ray machine and the expertise to use it, how are you going to know if it is broken or not without seeing someone at an ER? If it is broken and you don't see a Doctor, you are asking for a world of long term problems. Go to an emergency room.

I am in the medical industry. This very well could be a hairline fracture of the patella by your description. You need to go to the hospital to rule out a fracture. You have damaged your knee, and if it is left untreated, it will worsen and complicate the healing process. Trust me on this, and seek proper medical attention, please.

It's hard to break your knee. More than likely you've bruised it badly.
Place ice packs on it and take an antiinflamatory.

"breaking" your knee can really mean a number of things. Its a complicated joint and you could have damaged the bone, cartilidge, and/or tendons.
