I got around 3 pebbles stuck in my hand and I thought it was too painful to take it out with tweezers so I left them in my hand. The scab is almost done and healed over. Should I leave the pebbles in there? Is it okay to leave the pebbles in there? What else can I do? I've already put hydroxen peroxide so I'm not too worried about an infection.

Go see your family doctor. He or she can give you a topical anesthetic and remove them in the office as an out patient. If they can do it to non cancerous moles on my palm they can remove the covering skin. Good luck.

since you've left it long enough to heal over, your body will eventually get rid of it by rejecting it. The body will force them out of your skin.
Now, it also depends on how deep the pebbles are. If they are deep, you can risk getting an infection. But if they are within the layers of the skin, they will eventually come out on their own.

The body is awesome. =)
