I have trouble getting to sleep at night, I cant take anything like NyQuill or Sleeping Pills, and I have heard excerisizing more helps, but I am never that tired to fall asleep, and by the time of 10 PM I know I wouldnt be tired.

So what can I do? Anything? I try to go to sleep earlier because I have sick of being tired throughout the day and not doing things as well, so when I try to sleep early it doesnt work, sometimes I will sleep at 10 PM and wake up feeling as if I was up till 2 AM.

Thanks.

Awhile back I chipped a tooth and had a porecalin veneer put in which completely regained the tooths original shape and functionality.
More recently, after an accident, I had arthoscopic surgery on my shoulder in which the conclusion is that no apparent mucsle damage has occured, however a 3 milimeter chip of bone fragment was removed. My doctor surmises that it either came from the scapular,or the humerus and was "floating around in there".
As can be expected I expierience some pain and functional restrictions from this injury and I wanted to know if a similar "reconstruction" may be pheaseable as was done with my tooth? And if so what is the procedure called?

I experienced sharp pains in my right lower arm, between my wrist and elbow. It hurt so bad that I became worried. It has never happened before. I became anxious, dizzy, felt as though I was going to pass out, and my blood pressure was severely elevated. I went to the Dr. and everything seemed normal, but they had some concern about an EKG that was done. They say it may just be a pinched nerve, but also referred me to a specialist to have a stress test done. I have lived a very sedentary lifestyle for the past 8 years or so, haven't had the best eating habits, smoke socially and dring alcohol regularly...beer, wine. Thanks.

I had an IV put in yesterday for my MRI and because it's so hard for people to find my viens ( they move), IV's are usually inserted in the back of my hand or wrist. To eliminate pain and swelling do I use heat and ibuprofen or ice and ibuprofen?

As a foreign student visiting US, America's
insurance and health care system seems ridiculous complicated for me.

Especilaly I'm confused with some cases when doctor and clinic
are not in the same "network", one is in-network, one is out-network.

If I visited a doctor whose name I found from insurance
company website, then the doctor is in-network,
but the clinic he/she works is out-network.

Then I was charged extra fee of the clinic which will not
be covered by insurance company (docotor'serive was reimbursed
by insurance).

In the other case, I found an in-network clinic or hosiptal,
but as the clinic, I was treated by a doctor whose
name couldn't be found on insurance company' website,
so the doctor is out-network. His service could not be covered
by insurance company.

Are these two experience reasonable and possible ?

So I want to get a full insurance coverage,
do I have to be treated by an in-network doctor,
at an in-network clinic/hosiptal ?

Yesterday I noticed my left hand felt like it was 'asleep" I dismissed it then I noticed through out the day the same feeling remained. I still have it today. I've heard it could be sign of a stroke but what else can it possibly be? I am a 26 year old with no existing health problems.
Any info would be appreciated.

Some point last year, i wanted to improve my physical strength and what not and one of the nights i was boxing the air, you know to practise. Anyhow, after a little while i threw my arms back. What i mean is, i bent the elbows of both my arms and threw in back, as if i were pushing my chest out. As soon as i did it there was a loud pop in the center of my chest (which sounds like when people crack/pop/click their joints) and where it popped it started to hurt bad and snatched my breath. From that point on up to now, anytime i slightly move in any way my chest pops. It doesn't hurt anymore or take my breath but it is strange i feel. I knew your elbows did it, your knees did it, etc, but i didn't know the center of your chest could. I was wondering, if this could be bad and if i should get an x-ray or if it is in fact common and will heal?

Thanks
