I have trouble getting to sleep at night, I cant take anything like NyQuill or Sleeping Pills, and I have heard excerisizing more helps, but I am never that tired to fall asleep, and by the time of 10 PM I know I wouldnt be tired.

So what can I do? Anything? I try to go to sleep earlier because I have sick of being tired throughout the day and not doing things as well, so when I try to sleep early it doesnt work, sometimes I will sleep at 10 PM and wake up feeling as if I was up till 2 AM.

Thanks.

I do not have any allergies, and I cant get any pills unless they would to be prescribed by my doctor.

I usually dont have a sleeping problem but I have never really tried to sleep earlier then usual.

And if I where to be Anemic, or have Insomnia, would I ever see signs of either in my life, because always didnt have problems sleeping.

Take a melatonin pill. It's the stuff that controls your circadian rhythm, great for resetting your body's clock and getting rid of jet lag.

I have the same problems. It turns out I'm anemic. Mediterranean Anemia to be exact. So now I take pills to make up for the blood deficiencies.

I then bought a posturepedic mattress. One word to describe it.....GLORIOUS. It really has helped me sleep greatly. They're kind of expensive, so maybe you could try getting a posturepedic mattress top, they're not too expensive. Next it was time to find the right pillow. I'm very particular about pillows. I've been using the same one for about 8 years, now it's as thin as paper. So I've gone through about 30 or so different kinds, I still haven't found the perfect one. The idea is to find a pillow as thick as the distance from the side of your head to your shoulder.

Hope you start sleeping better!

Try looking the tele-browsing channels for a little, they are lovely stupid. Or you would acquire a rest CD and play it quietly to your room whilst you move to mattress, or learn a publication in low lighting fixtures--it makes your eyes worn out fairly speedily. Sometimes a small glass of alcohol will aid you too, some thing transparent and no longer fizzy like Jim Beam or a Scotch. Just a small quantity regardless that!!

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.
