I got 2 big swollen balls on my head and how do i get rid of it?

It happened when i was 9 because i played dangerously and from there its hard and seems permanent.I tried putting ice on it but it made it worse by increasing the size.I to;d my parents but they said to get rid of it when im 18 but i need it to get rid of it now because i get made fun of and it shines when the sun shines!So please anybody that can help me please find a solution for me!!

so Duncan first of all how old are you, secondly, you can try hair stimulation products over the counter if this palce on your head needs to have hair there. Thirdly you can try a black ball point pen marking, it works for me when I have mustache trimming accidents, most important, see a doctor with your parents' permisssion, good luck
