it is hard to me when i said that i want to sleep .. i close my eyes and be waiting for 2 to 3 hours .. so please anyone can help me ..? please without chimecal medication

What time are you waking up? To get your body into normal mode, make yourself get out of bed after 7 hours of sleep. No more. By the time you go to bed that night, you'll fall asleep in less time. If you still have troubles, use the supplements given by first answerer.

Dont drink any caffiene hours before you plan on going to bed. Also you can try taking a bath in some lavendar oil and spray some lavendar on ur pillow before bed. it seems to help sooth babies so it should help you.
