Im 28 and 18 months ago i injured my cruiate and cartlidge in my right knee from a rather bad football tackle. i had an op and had half of my cartlidge removed. I am a player manager in a Sat football team and my knee keeps giving way and is still painful. Is it safe to keep playing ? i can't have any time off as im starting a new job but do love playing.

LUMP IN HEEL IS OBVIOUS BUT ONLY PAINFULL IF YOU TOUCH IT BUT IN THE MORNINGS MY HEELS ARE STIFF. MY NECK IS QUITE SORE AND STIFF BUT I AM ON ANTI INFLAMITORY AT THE MOMENT WHICH SEEM TO HELP BUT NOT MY HEEL. I AM GETTING WORRIED

I am looking for a mild anti depressant - non addictive - for my grand daughter who is studying in University. She feels so "down" all the time and is aways near to tears. It needs to be a natural remedy as I do not want her to resort to medication. She is 20 years old.

For the last couple of years I've had arm pains, but they were maybe once a week, but now thier every day. they start with my shoulder then goes all the way to my fingers. my arms feel very weak and when i prop them on any thing they go to sleep. I can't even mop without them throbing. it's scarying me because it's affecting my every day things I need to do and i have three children to take care of. Could this be a pitched nerve?

I've been diagnosed with eustation tube dysfunction because i have fluid in my ears casuing my right ear to feel blocked for over two months. I've tried sudafed, clarityn and octavine and have just been prescribed nasonex which my doctor said to try for ten days. Problem is i'm working in india for 6 months at end of sept so do i just go see an expensive specialist in the UK before i go if the nasal spray doesn't work or get treatment in india?

last nite i was cutting chicken, and i got a little cut on my hand, well i didn't notice untill i was almost done about 20 minutes later b/c then the cut started to sting really bad, then i washed it.. will i get sick b/c the chicken germs sat on my cut for a long time, would something have happened already since it was last nite, should people wear gloves when touching chicken?
