I had to go to the doctor and my potassium was low. I hate bananas what else is a good source of it?

I take them for my menstrual cramps and I usually take them before having eaten anything because the pain is so bad that I can't wait. It doesn't seem to work well when I do that so I was wondering if eating beforehand has to do with anything.

Every time I wake up from sleeping my hands are numb sometimes up to my elbow. my hands are so numb they feel very hard and i cannot move them. it hurts to try to move them to try and get feeling back. after i do get feeling back they are usually tingly and hurt very bad for quite some time. i tried Icy Hot for a couple of days. It helped for a little bit during the day, but it is still there. It is worse at night than any other time. Please help I would really like some sort of answer here rather going to the doc.

My elbow is under some bad pain. There is a tingling, painful, "pins-and-needles" sensation spreading into my forearm. The arm also feels quite weak and not very stable. Any ideas on what it might be? Thanks.

I found headlice (both live and eggs) in my daughters hair recently and she's having her hair cut tomorrow ready for school...! I need help, I dont want an embarrassing situation with the hair-dresser so I need to get rid of them asap!! She cant have her hair cut later because she goes back to school in two days....!! On either side of her tonsil there are two swollen masses that makes the opening very small. It is not normally this way but she just showed me today?

My 4yr old nephew has been complaining of stomach cramps, which must be trapped wind, because he feels abit better once he's farted. But that stinks awful like rotten eggs, and so do'es his burps. Do'es anyone know the cause?

My husband is very dependent on this drug. He claims he has cut back and seems proud (oddly enough) to only take 48 pills per day. He has taken them for years and has severe side effects when coming down from them. He has been abusive, paranoid, etc. He spends way more than we can afford to support his habit. I think I have convinced him to try quiting. I was wandering how long the withdrawls will last. He will not see a doctor for anything and I'm sure they will say to do it "cold turkey". Also when he is abusive he claims he doesn't remember doing it? Is that true? It is hard to understand what he is going through since I have never been there.
He also drinks a lot.
Any serious answers would be appreciated.
