The only way to know is to give a fresh sample to a doctor to have it checked. They can also check to see if they're fast enough and if they are properly formed.

They give you some playboy magazines and you go into the bathroom at the dr.s office and you do your thing in a cup, then they analyze the goo under a microscope. That is the only way to tell.
