Would I be right in presuming that you haven't seen a lawyer yet. I'm sure s/he would tell you not to discuss it as it may well prejudice any case that you are able to build against the doctor.
Be aware that if you tell anyone, and the doctor finds out, you could be sued for slander. If you publish what you say, you could be sued for libel.
See a lawyer before you go any further ... all the time collecting 'evidence' and witnesses to whatever you claim happened.

Ring the national newspapers, they're always interested in stuff like that, the number should be somewhere in the paper. If not that then try your local paper or even a magazine. As a mother to a four year old son, don't let the b******s get away with it!!! You are his only protection. Go, you lioness!! Protect your cub!!

I would be careful, especially if are in the middle of any legal action as it may effect your case.
I know how you feel, there was an incident with my sister and you just want to tell everyone to make them aware. Luckily she is still with us today, and we're just thankful for that.
