Have you got a physical job and strained your neck and tendon after a busy day! The muscle has become tense, and the lumps you feel may just be swollen muscle and can take a long time to heal. You could go to your local osteopath for your neck to improve quicker than just taking pain relief. The best thing is to consult your doctor for medical advice. hope you solve your problem before it becomes serious.

Bad shoes that cut into the Achilles heel can cause lumps to grow in the tendon but as for your neck you'd best go to a doctor for that.

I have a lump in my heel that I have had for many years. My Dr. at the time sent me to an orthopedist for him to look at.
No problem. He showed me his. So much as the neck, if it his on the side could be a lymph node..

It could be an enlarged lymph node, but since there's pain it's also possible you have a cyst or infection in your ear. That's nothing to fool around with. It sounds weird. You have a fresh cut on your ear? Did something bite you, causing a reaction or infection? Go get it checked out by your doctor.

hey there, this might sound a little weird, but it might be because you wear high-heels a lot... if this is it, go to a nearby Super drug or Boots and ask for a Party Feet box..u just stick them onto your heels and they heal in about 2 weeks or so if u use them wisely. Good luck.
