Lol you sound like me when i'm studying :)
Fish is supposed to help a lot, especially "blue" fish.Of course a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veg and plenty of fish undoubtly helps.
Otherwise i usually take herbal products; Ginko Biloba and Ginseng are supposed to help memory function. However be warned that they are mild natural stimulants so don't take any too late unless you want to spend a sleepless night.

I suggest as an nutirtionist that whole grain cerials will help carrots, beets, celery, fruits, other items meat too the brain needs
iron and vitamins like B ,C and zinc plus alot of rest

theres a vitamin Herb I used to take for memory. Its called Ginkgo Biloba.. look it up on the internet. you can get it in any store or pharmacy. Its for memory . I cant take it anymore because of of my seizure meds.

Salmon is excellent (and delicious). Also take fish oil capsules. Excellent for brain function.
