My daughter has tonsills and doctors are saying to get it operated . Can any one tell me what is the cure for it or any medicines for it .

I have some problems with my ears and I am folowing a treatment and tomorow I really want to go swiming with a friend and I need an ideea for a home made thing witch would cover my ears up as i swim.
Cotton wouldn't do it because it get's wet and the water will enter my ears.

every night I wake up with severe leg cramps on the inside of both legs between the knees and thighs. the pain is so trmendous I groan in agony for several minutes. Is there a way to get rid of these cramps? what causes them ? Please help.

I am supposed to be going in for arthroscopic surgery on my knee to fix a torn MCL and some torn cartilage. My knee swelled up and my doctor wants me to go back into the ER to get it checked. The problem is, my boyfriend is the one who has to take me and has to be at work in the morning. We had to also go this weekend, and he got a doctor's note from work, which cleared him for 2 days, but he was off Sunday. Does the note then count for Monday and Tuesday, or Sunday and Monday? And if I go back, can they fire him if he gets another doctor's note excusing him? Please help...

about a week ago I got a really bad stomache ache. I was at work when it happened. I couldnt take the pain, so I ended up coming home. Once I got hombathroome, I noticed that anything I did my stomache hurt. If I stood up, laid down, bent over or even went to the bathroom it would be painful. The pain would radiate from my stomache into my private area. Once I would go to the bathroom I could feel this pain moving down lower. After going to the bathroom either way I would have some relief but not much. Going #1 would be as painful as having a child. Going #2 wouldnt be as painful but definately hurt. I havent had this problem before and I dont know what to do?

I have frequent knee pain,mainly in my right knee only. I am only 25 and my knee cracks so loud when I bend it or go up the stairs. I was quite active back in High School (dance and sports) but never had a knee injury. I am not nearly as active now (I go to the gym a few times a week...basic cardio and lifting) and have not had anything happen that would cause injury or an incident to my knee. The pain is like a bad aching and hurts pretty bad. I currently don't have insurance as I just finished college and my "real job" with benefits doesn't start until the middle of September. Lately it has been really bad so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the cause or treatments! Thanks:)

Whenever I lean back in a hard backed chair or against a wall my entire back will fall asleep and it takes quite a while for it to wake up again. Why does it fall asleep like this? Everyone seems to think it's really strange, say it's never happened to them before.
