any tips on getting rid of old scars? its big and UGLY!

extra virgin olive oil works wonders, 2-3 times a day

You might try wearing jeans while on your crotch rocket next time, that should prevent the scar in the first place. If you are a guy, i think jeans and a tank top with biker boots is so sexy.
