I had the same problem as you do, but it seems to have stop now. I ate healthier and by healthier I mean a plate of salad per day. I also used the restroom everyday going #2. After a year, it stopped. I hope this can help you, but if it doesn't stop then go to your doctor.

If the problem persists you should go see a doctor. It it was just your urinary tract it could be a bladder infection. But the stomach pain wouldn't account for that. Are you extremely constipated?

It sounds as though you may have a urinary tract infection or kidney/bladder infection - I would try some ural and heaps of water - if this didn't improve in a day or two you should definitely see a doctor

Maybe gas? When I have my period, the cramps I get are from gas, the pain hurts so bad it feels like someone is trying to shove a steel rod up my ***. Feels like a contraction.

This is one for a doctor, because it could be very serious, it is better to be safe than sorrow. There are too many possibilities to name, from serious to mild. We have only one life, safeguard it .

Perhaps a urinary tract infection, possibly a kidney stone. That's my guess.
