I have some problems with my ears and I am folowing a treatment and tomorow I really want to go swiming with a friend and I need an ideea for a home made thing witch would cover my ears up as i swim.
Cotton wouldn't do it because it get's wet and the water will enter my ears.

They sell earplugs at any pharmacy. These are made for swimmers.

even an old fashioned swim cap wouldnt work infact i got swimmers ear because one kept the water in my ear. just stay out of the water.

buy a plastic bag and a rubber band. put head into plastic bag. wrap the mouth of the bag close with the rubber band around your neck. this should keep water out of the entire area of the auricle.

Cotton will do it. Just pack it tight, but not so tight you can't get it out. You might also try saran wrap around your ears and over your forehead.
