General Health Care - August 2006

while at work monday u smashed my fingure at work pretty bad an it started to swell so they sent me to the ER when ice didn't help so i got there and they took me x-ray and told me it was just brused and it should feel beter in the morning.so i went home and
iced it down some more but nothing works here it is wensday and it's still swollen and i can still barely move it and every time i youch the part that smashed i can feel something moving under the skin should i go back to have them recheck it ?

I have a long, noticable scratch mark on my wrist. How do I get rid of it before I go back to school next week? I dont want people to see it and think Im all emo and stuff like that. I do not plan on wearing a long sleeve shirt to cover it up. I was thinking about putting a few band-aids on it, but that would look ridiculous! Any solutions? :)

my worst one was in a trailer park. these band of bikers came in and started killing everyone. they went trailer to trailer. when they got to our trailer, a little black boy came in and counted heads. then he came back in with a tall black woman with a machete. she said that we were all going to die today, who wants to go first? my mom jumped up and said that she needs to go first, because she cant bear witness to seeing her children die. so the lady slit her throat and then did my dad and sister. when she came to me i just closed my eyes. i didnt feel the blade, but when the blood started to pour i could actually feel the warmth and stickiness. i woke up feeling the blood running down my chest.

really freaked me out.

Are there certain criteria you have to meet to get emergency medicaid over the medicaid that takes forever to get signed up for? Where do you go, or who do you call to get it?
Is there any way to to find out if you get rejected for medicaid quickly so that you can start with something like the Colorado Indigent Care Program or the Child Health Plan Plus?
