Some people that suffer from sleep apnea are tired all the time. You may need a sleep study.

People with this condition that wear that c-pap machine at night can't believe how much better they feel.

It could be any number of things from sleeping poorly to anemia to depression. You may also be suffering from a pinched nerve. I had this problem for years and never got relief until I saw my chiropractor. After regular adjustments, I sleep better and am just feeling better overall. The one thing about taking iron pills, they can cause constipation. Try the Chiro and I hope you feel better!!

Many people, including myself, are quite groggy in the morning. Some people are tired frequently due to depression. Other people do not get enough quality sleep. Some are anemic. Why not check it out with your health professional - or go to the library and look for books on the subject?
