Fusion. I've known a couple of people who've had it done and they still have to be very careful with their backs. Personally, I get an epidural which keeps me going. Fusion is a last resort according to my doctor. Have you considered an artificial disc?

what the? hmm... i dont know what your asking but my dad had it done twice and hes fine, the recovery wasnt too bad. my friend also has to have part of his discs shaven off every 2 years from a hockey injurie, you'll be fine.
