I am a physician working for a group. The head of the group does not let me see what was billed to or paid by medicare for my services. How do I find out what was billed under my medicare number last year?

Are you conscious about your hygiene? I am very! I make sure I don't smell. I bathe every morning and I eat mints when I know my breath is not fresh.
I wonder why some people could care less. Is it because they are unaware or they are immuned to be dirty.
What about you? Would you just open your mouth and do you go out without even cleaning yourself?

I sit in an office all day for work. My back has slowly been getting worse. It hurts all of the time now especially when i lay flat on my back. It is way too expensive in my case to see a professional i was just wondering if anyone could reccommend any excersises or stretches to do to help if something is out of place? I'm a 14 year old girl. i juct can't get to sleep at night. I dont want to run into the dr. and then it ends up being just a sore muscle. What are the symtoms of a torn rotator cuff?
The pain carries up to the left side of my neck also and hard to move my neck around too and have rough time sleeping. Any ideas? please help. I am in lots of pain.

I have been to my doctor and ive had Xray's. She tells me, she couldn't find anything wrong with me in the xrays. Ive had hip pain for 2yrs now cause no doctor can find anything wrong.
The pain is unmentionable and I need help. What other tests can I get done, that will help or reveal my problem..

My mother had a procedure thing done on her badly ingrown toenail, and they liked burned part of the toenail off. The Dr gave her some Ear Drops to put on her toe, and told her to soak it in vinegar.... does anyone know why? How would vineger help, and why the ear drops?

i have had my knee scoped twice. in highschool iwas told by the time i am 30 i would need a knee replacement. i just turned 25 and its starting to feel like that may be a reality. i am very active. i love to run, juke, and jive. it would kill me if i could not do this any more. are there any alternatives? could maybe i dont know a spring or something. ill be the first one to sign up to be a cyborg.

I have laryngitis...again. I get it 6 - 8 times a year and it does not seem to be a result of yelling a lot, or anything that I have done out of the ordinary. Is there a reason for this? My dad had it frequently too. I am a light smoker but if that were the reason, wouldn't I have it more often, since I smoke everyday? I was just wondering if there were any reasons this should happen to me and what can I do to prevent it, or if there is something medically wrong that I should be concerned about.

My throat hurts on the right side, and hurts when I swallow. I dont have an infection as I checked all this. It came on rather suddenly, i was walking down the street and I swallowed and it started to hurt on that swallow. It doesent hurt so much when I lean my head forward and down. Also when I move my tongue outwards it hurts there too. I dont feel unwell, like you would do a cold. Thanks for your help.

I am 12..I was skateboarding, then got off and my 8 yr old sis came and I dunno how it happened I just felt shooting pain. I can barely walk, It hurts too bad. There bruise there isn't big, a few centimeters. The whole toe hurts, including about an inch after the end of the toe..There is a bump a bit after the middle, and the bump is big and hard. Please help. I don't wanna go to the doctor...they wont to anything for toes. How can I treat it at home?Thanks:)
P.S: Even if Its not broken how do I treat it so there isnt that much pain...thx

Needing to know of any techniques or chemicals to help clean a chair made with polyurethane foam padding encased in porus vinyl like material. It is black colored, so I hesitate to use bleach. Thus far, I've used a car wash with pre-treating the spots on the chair scrubbing with dial bar soap using Spray N Wash as a lubricant. It cleaned well, but odor still was present, although lessened. I need some ideas of what works for you; chemicals that will not create allergies to the wheelchair user (lives in chair 24/7) and does not ruin fabric. Thank you for your help !
