possibly because it wont get digested.
But then its too big to go thru the digestive system
So the person will probably end up in A&E!!!
And in answer to your question...... no
The eye is a complex thing that has a lot of nerves, retina, cones, lens etc to be able to see. A glass eye is only made of glass and some paint!
Oh and light goes through natural eyes thats y we can see. How would there be light inside the body?

Find someone with a glass eye and ask them if u could use it. Swallow it and then get back on here and let us know what u see.

Nope! Glass eyes are purely for cosmetic purposes only and have no ability for sight.

i don't think you can see out of a glass eye but if you could and you flushed it down thew toilet what a cool adventure that would be.
