It could be either carpul tunnel or arthritis. I had the same problem and was told carpul tunnel ot tendonitis for years. The pain was horrible and finally this past May I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is a simple blood test to find out if you have RA. I think you shoud see a doctor and ask if you may have one of these. Medications will help.

Sounds like you overworked your wrists and fingers. Stop working on the computer for a couple days and take some aspirin for pain.

It could be the beginning of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, or arthritis. These types of pain can start any time in your life.I'd suggest going to your family doctor and have it checked out.A good Chiropractor may help also. I find them great with the pains I have.

You have carpal tunnel. I had the exact same symptoms. I had the carpal tunnel release surgery in April 2006. It was the best thing I have ever done. I feel so much better!

Good luck!

Sounds like juvenile arthritis, you should see if there's anything your doc can prescribe for you or exercises he can show you to decrease the pain and stiffness. Until then, you can take naproxen or advil as directed for aching.
