Oh girlfriend that is about the age my back woes started to and here I sit 20 some odd years later and boy have I suffered for it.
Make sure you have an ergonomic chair (an obus back form at the least) and yes there are lots of exercises that help. Would take to long to tell you but do some research on the internet. The ones that help me are to lie on your back and pull both knees to your chest...slowly, don't overdo it...do 10 or 20. Then also lying on your back bend your knees and let your knees fall to one side....then repeat on the other side. Do these to stretch your hips and thigh muscles. Again gently as far as you can go and do them every night. Also on all fours like a dog...make an arch up with your back (like a cat) an then the opposite, head up and butt up so you curve your spine one way and then the other. Gentle, gentle, gentle...don't overdo anything or you'll feel it!
I would do yoga or pilates and get into the habit of it while you are young and keep it up.

Yoga should help out a lot. My favorite book that I can recommend is "28 Day Yoga Exercise Plan" by Richard Hittleman. And while you're at work, be sure that your chair is at a level to where your thighs are parallel to the floor. During your break(s) a chair that lets your knees be slightly more elevated than your hips could help too. It takes the pressure off your lower back.
And if your job requires you to be at a computer, make sure your computer screen is at eye level and your keyboard is positioned where your forearms are parallel to the floor. Following these guidelines will keep your posture aligned. You could also do a couple yogic back stretches on your break. Not only will your back feel better, but you'll also have an energy boost to carry you through the rest of the day. If you check out the book I mentioned, you can pick out the one(s) you'd like to do at work.
I hope your back gets better soon. =)

Not sure any professional can answer the question without checking you out. But make sure your desk and workstation are set up according to ergonomic standards. Get up and walk around during the day. Get some exercise during the week and on weekends. Do some core strengthening exercises under the supervision of a trainer or physical therapist.

Hi,,, sounds like you are either not sitting properly or what you are sitting in is not ergonomic correct.....
Try this.... get a regular chair.. laydown.. flat... put your feet up to your knees in the chair... and lay there for about 20 minutes...
Somehow,, this relieves the pressure on the lower back... and it will help. i promise you... I have a messed up back from college football and jumping out of airplanes,,, I know.....
Good luck
