Vinegar relieves pain caused by burns. The ear drops are most likely to prevent infection. Sounds like the theme of this cheap Medicine. Don't worry cheap Medicines are usually better then more expensive alternatives. The Dr most likely gets samples of ear drops for free. Good Dr's know that patients want to save money without giving up quality heath care.
