Fleet enemas are very effective and efficient.
Unless you have something really seriously wrong with you that has you constipated that you need a stick of dynamite to move things along, then a Fleet will generally do the job well.
Just follow the directions on the box and you will do fine.

A stool softener is usually the first thing. Lots of water and exercise. Use enemas only you continue to have a problem. It should produce a bm. If it continues see your doctor.

A friend of mine had to use a Fleet b/c he was getting some rectal exam or something, he said he got half the thing in and he crapped his brains out

Fleets are agressive and explosive but they work. I would try a stool softener first like colace or senna. Avoid bananas.

Yes they will work quite well maybe better than you want but do not make it a habit to use them as your body may become dependant and will no go without you using one...
