i get lightheaded all the time,like dizzy spells,somethimes feeling sick in the morning or in the middle of the day.i am not pregnant.i know that for a fact.ithought that might have to do with the fact i dont take vitamins so i went and got some.its still going on..anyone have idea whats this about and how to make it stop?

Lately over the psat few months my fingers, especially my thumbs keep swelling up overnight and the next day they hurt when i try to bend them and i cannot bend them fully. Its mainly my thumbs and the finger next to my thumb and its usually only on my right hand. Why is this happening, should i see a doctor?

Last night I crashed my bike into the sidewalk, and I sort of landed on my elbow, and when it hit the sidewalk, I heard a crunching sound. It hurts to move my arm from the elbow down, including my fingers. I didn't go to the hospital yet, because I didn't want to wait 3 hours for nothing, but I was wondering does it sound like it something could be broken, and if it is, will they put a cast on or what? Thanks in advance!

Last weekend I got a cut on the top of my finger right under my nuckle. It was a small nick with a pearing knife. Well I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I washed the cut and put a dab of neosporin on the cut and covered it with a bandaid and I've been doing that ever since. Well I noticed that these past few days it's been oozing and it itches a lot. Im still keeping it covered but this morning I decided not to put Neosporin on it to see if that was the cause of the oozing and itching.
Could a small cut like this turn into something horrible?
Should I be worried?

my friend was hit in the head.He was in one of the coaches of one of the seven trains when the serial blasts took place in mumbai trains recently.I have'nt seen him but his father told me he's in coma...will he be back to normal?is it really undetermineable?

I spent the night over at a friends house and I woke up and heard just in my right ear like something going in or out of my ear and it hurt and ever since then for two weeks now Ive been having problems with my ear and I've been to the ER twice I have an eardrop medicine and can't use it anymore you can't use it after 10 days and I am on an antibiotic the doctor said I have an ear canal infection.But could there be something in my ear he didn't see? Why am I lossing my hearing it seems like in my right ear? Please help

I have a burning sensation on the inside of my left arch, and sometimes I get a shooting pain that feels like a head ache from my arch up to the top of my foot... I have to do a performance tomorrow but my belly is huge and I know why. I haven't gone to the bathroom in a longgg time. And I can feel that I want to go. But when I go, I can feel that the stool is too hard. Please, is there anyway to quickly soften it so that I may use the bathroom? This is very painful. Also any advice as to how to prevent this from happening again? Also last time I had a big stool again I just forced it and blood came out. Is there a bigger problem I should be worrying about?
