Your question caught my eye; I don't know how it's possible to keep your eyes open when you sneeze! But what's more important is that you are alright.

Eyelid close reaction... it is very nearly no longer achievable for one to save one's eyelids open in the time of a sneeze, inspite of the actual undeniable reality that some uncommon persons document having little if any difficulty doing so. Your eyes automatically shut when you sneeze. It is not possible to keep them open when sneezing - you can't control it. If you could your eyes could pop out.

Yes you can keep your eyes open and no you eyes will not pop out, this is an urban myth that has been busted so many times by so many peoples.
