Drinking plenty of water seems to help mine. Some say additional potassium will help (bananas I think are high in p).

Hmm.. It only occurs at work? And only in one arm?
I would go to the doctor to make sure it isn't anything serious.. and get some basics blood work run to see if it is systemic. Have it looked at, especially if you have had no injury to that arm.

Tonic water, it has quinine in it. and pretzles for the sodium,

you lose a lot of sodium when you sweat. Ever have sweat run down into your eyes? the very high salt content burns.

Replace the salt and wash it down with tonic water...

I have problems with cramps in my legs and feet especially at night. My doctor prescribed Quinine. It works wonders!

Your potassium may be low (try bananas and/or OJ). If not better in a week -- see the doctor.
