Scientific research has discovered that sex can cure a headache. Strange but true (apparently!) You supposedly release a chemical in the brain that cures your headache. Sounds like a good idea to me!

Su - Jok acupressure. If it is not chronic.
Mostly the points are on back side of the thumb nail. Chek and do press - release - press. Your headache will disappear within 10 to 30 seconds.
If it is a frontal headache the points lie below the front side of the thumb nail(any one) 5 to 10 mm below.
If it is a chronic headache you will have to go for Acupuncture. Remember there is no medicine available yet for headache.

Take a nap. Make yourself sneeze. Take a hot shower. Drink something with caffeine. Get a massage. There are pressure points that work too. All these things could work or help depending on the type of headache you have.

try putting a cold towel on your head, or drinking a cup of tea can help you relax, and make the headache a little more mild. another thing you can do is try to get some sleep, and it should go away by the time you wake up. if your headache is really bad, and it can be a migraine and you might need to take something for it, if it gets that bad.

Sometimes just drinking some Gatorade will do the trick. Maybe also a heating pad on the forehead. And also if your in a place where there is a lot of light in the room, turning some of the lights off or just dimming them down can help. Good luck!

Depends on what's causing it. You may need to eat or you may be dehydrated.
If you are a caffiene junky you may need some. Try chocolate or coffee.
If it's lack of sleep, take a nap. If it's from sitting in front of the computer, shut it off and rest those eyes.
If it's tension or stress take a pill.

Lay down and put a damp, cold washcloth over your eyes. Try massaging your head/temples gently.
If it is at the back of your head, and you get them frequently, you may need glasses. If it is on one side of the head, and extremely painful and making you nauseous and sensitive to light, you might be having migraines. If you get them often, talk to your doctor about natural solutions for prevention (i.e. feverfew).

I find that rubbing my temples or massaging my scalp seems to help, also the nape of your neck, any massage! Orgasms also work wonders, releases natural chemicals into the body if all that fails then it's Aspirin for me.
