Probably you should have an x-ray and checke for a fracture. It could be that it is fractured and each time you step on it it is putting pressure on a nerve causing the pain. If you can go to get it looked at, stay off it for a week and see if it gets any better.

I had RSD Reflex sympothetic dystorphy. It started out the same way and only got worse till I found the right doctor. That was a Nurologist. Not a chiropractor. Ask about that. The sooner you get a diagnosis the better. You want to get on Nurontin if you have RSD. It is a nerve pain. basicly hyperactivity of the nerves. Constantlty flaring pain. If your foot is very touch sensitive and even the wind hurts I would put a million dollars on it being the rsd. It is a sucky thing to have. But the good news is it fizzles out if you get on the right meds and just keep moving in spite of the pain.

I hope what I said makes sense. My thoughts are comming out faster than I can type.

A chiropractor is not a medical doctor. You need to go to your doctor and get an x-ray. Even though it was 3 weeks ago, the x-ray can show if any damage was done and the doctor can treat is appropriately.

Put a golf ball on the floor, put your arch on the ball and move it up and down, sideways, etc.

Its among the best remedies.

Apply ice and call the neurologist. You might have a neuroma or plantar fascia.
